My name is Troy DeCaire and I am a Realtor® at Coldwell Banker, The Real Estate Centre (TREC).

With two decades of expertise in the real estate industry, I am dedicated to helping clients realize their homeownership goals. Specializing in residential real estate, I work with properties ranging from vacant building lots and rural retreats to city condos and luxury suburban estates. You could say, most of Ontario is my office.

As a real state professional, I've successfully closed over $47 million in real estate transactions and have been honoured with multiple achievement awards, recognizing me as a top-performing agent in my office.
